Some say Budwigs works for all cancers including prostate, and some say no. No

matter what you read or try someone will say it won't work while another will

say it will. Also some protocols do work for some and not for others, just a

fact. Also many other elements factor in such as age, general health, support

from friends and family, a personal sense of spiritual grounding no matter what

that may be, overall good diet choices, coffee enemas, colonics, energy work,

massage, acupuncture, the cleansing of the colon, kidneys, and liver, sun,

juicing, and exercise. I believe all of these things can work together

synergistically. We all make our own choice based upon intuition, resources,

anecdotal reports, hope, and reason.and often these things do work, people do

recover, people do go into remission, and some people do also gain a deeper

appreciation and joy for life no matter the outcome.

I too am using Budwig amongst other things and will simply give you my opinion.

I highly suggest you look for organic low fat cottage cheese. it can be found.

I live in the woods in Northern Minnesota and have to drive 40 miles to get

it.but if I can get it, I assume most other people can also if they put effort

into it. I strongly suggest you stay away from all other dairy products, at

least for awhile, particularly if they are not organic as they have far too many

hormones in them to say nothing about the accumulation of pesticides and

herbicides which you definitely do not want. ly all of your food should be

organic if you can find it.

Get rid of all sugar in your diet.it's a killer. Your only sugar intake should

come from organic fruits and some even suggest limiting fruits when confronted

with cancer. Get rid of all red meat as well as pork and poultry. In my case I

make an exception and have small amounts of Buffalo as well as canned wild

salmon and sardines for my animal protein which I mix into organic soups. Most

of the pretty pink (coloring added in the feed) salmon fillets comes from fish

farms unless stated clearly that it is wild.I recommend avoiding fish farm

genetically altered salmon. I buy Alaskan salmon canned which states " wild " on

the label. I just personally feel better when I eat some buffalo in small

amounts as well as salmon and sardines for the protein and the calcium found in

the bones. I am not suggesting others do the same.just my choice.

You might also want to check into Udos oils.

http://www.udoerasmus.com/firstscreen.htm I am not selling them but he does

make some good points about ratios of the omegas though many others seem to do

just fine with the straight flaxseed oils such as Barleans while others use no

oils at all and simply grind up fresh flax seed in a coffee grinder and add it

to the mixture. I use Udos oil mix, organic cottage cheese, cinnamon, and a

fresh organic banana to my mix.I personally love the stuff. Good luck on your

journey, hope this helps.

,

I live in White Bear Lake, about 19 miles north of downtown St. and I

drive nearly 30 miles to get to the Wedge on Lyndale in Mlps. for my organic

products. There are a couple of Co-ops in St. that have everything organic

but its faster for me to go to the Wedge as its freeway driving for me nearly

all the way.

One way you can save trips by buying more CC at a time and keeping it from

spoiling is to add a little ionized (colloidal) silver to the cartons that will

not be used until after their exp, date. They will keep at least a couple of

weeks longer.

There are many other benefits to taking the silver solution. I have a

generator and make my own. I have been supplying a neighbor with it who found

that it relieved his symptoms of MS, It works miracles on burns, cuts, or and

open wounds or infections. Bob rresmith@...
