NaBF4 is kinda pricey. Place the working electrodes as close together as possible and force-flow the electrolyte. Stirring is good, a pumped jet is better. Remember that fluoride is incredibly nasty by all routes of exposure, including skin contamination. Strong base goes through tissue like a buzzsaw.
