I use a spray twice a day. It is also good for gum disease.
Guest guest
I occasionally corresponded with Dr. Folkers before he died. He told me to always take it with a fat as it did its work thru the lymp system. Therefore i mix it with my FO/CC. Ken
Guest guest
It is also well documented that CO Q 10 in dosage above 1000 mg per day does help to rebuild damaged DNA. This can be a very key factor in fighting cancers in general. Galatians 5:22-23 NIV [ ] High dose coQ10 safe and well tolerated [lef.org] High dose coQ10 safe and well tolerated A brief communication published in the December 13, 2005 issue of the journal Neurology reported that a high daily dose of orally administered coenzyme (coQ10) Q10 was shown to be safe over an eight month period. Although they remark that the optimal dose of coQ10 for neurodegenerative disorders is still unknown, the authors conclude that coQ10 doses as high as 3,000 milligrams per day are safe and well tolerated for up to eight months in ALS patients. Guest guest
YOU mean to take high doses of CoQ10 with fat? What is this? Like cook something with bacon grease and eat it before taking CoQ10? Just want to know. Ms.
Guest guest
: Co Q 10 works thru the lymph system. It needs to be immersed in a fat so as to reach its potential in the lymph system. I simply mix it with my FO/CC mixture and eat it that way. Dr. Folkers told me one could eat it with peanut butter. I don't. Didn't like the idea. You could take it with extra virgin olive oil too. I started using it in that form for my gums.

Guest guest
Never used the oral spray. I started using the powder form several years ago. Dr. Folkers never mentioned any form but the powder--and the powder form has been known to help with gum health.

Guest guest
> " I simply mix it with my >FO/CC mixture and eat it that way " . My two cents: I don't think it is a good idea to take coq10 with FO/CC/FS. coq10 is also a strong anti-oxident, and may interfere with the electron donation taking place when using FO/CC/FS I think it is a better idea, to take it on an empty stomach in the morning with 1-2 capsules of fish oil, or simply a tsp of extra virgin cold press olive oil. I would distant all anti-oxidents for at least 2 hrs from FF/CC/FS Gubi
Guest guest
Gubi: I have been thinking the same thing. I haven't been mixing the co q 10 with fo/cc long. i am going to stop. ken
