Guest guest
Hi Donna, it depends on where the melanoma is, right? Actually, I would get the surgery done if it is on the skin. That way you would know more. Don't get xrays if you don't have to, trust me on that one. Even if the surgery shows its still there, that doesn't mean you are not eliminating it through the means you chose. Thermagrams and AMAS tests are two nontoxic alternative tests that I have used in the past. I don't know if these are appropriate for melanoma, though. I have refused biopsies and mammograms in recent years because I felt the risk to my health was greater than any potential benefit from having them. Could you postpone your doctors appointment until some later date that is more convenient for you? All the best,
Guest guest
Hi Pat.....yes, Dr. did her tests and in her opinion (which I feel good about), my malignancy is gone and since the area that was cut previously by surgery is healing very well, I feel good I am in right direction (still need addl protocol and will do followup with Dr. in January),,,,but I will be seeing my dermatologist and of course, they only know of cutting out everything and would ask me when I was planning to do it and I wanted them to check somehow to show them it was not there without doing a biopsy or scraping of any kind..... What protocol did you use for your cancer?
