Guest guest
A closer look at many people's 'vegetarian diet' often reveals a serious shortage of good nutrition. Besides being deficient in certain nutrients, such as B-12 and others, because of a short-fall in eating good food, many vegetarians eat a large amount of soy-based products with much of that coming from Genetically Modified Soy (GM) and a tremendous amount of additives to make it look like and supposedly taste-like meat. I had warned my daughter-in-law about her soy consumption as well as her 'aroma fantasies' having lighted candles and things all over the place. Most are nothing more than polluting elements. Did that bring on her aggressive breast cancer or was it also the stress brought on by a teenage son? Maybe all of these? The 'food replacement' snack bars are not much better and too many of today's such 'treats' even contain MSG in its now, well known, form 'Natural Flavors'. Then we have the every day exposure to chemicals that many older persons never had until they were fully grown. Additionally we always point out a case here, and a case there, to highlight a point however, that does not always justify one's position. I have a 97 year old aunt who, when asked about a Pap She said, " what's that? " Both her son and daughter are very ill and cannot keep up with her. Her daughter, a 'deeply' religious woman is severely debilitated so should we say religion is bad? Her son, with Parkinson's and diabetes is totally non-religious. Disease is multi-faceted and cannot always be blamed for one's afflictions, however, it is clear from all the evidence, that as an overall picture, it is a most important aspect as is our general environment. Simply because one smokes and drinks to excess, is promiscuous and dances all night and does not get cancer surely doesn't mean most behaving like that will escape illness, it simply means that lucky fool got away with it. Guest guest
My vegetarian friend was debilitated with a bacterial infection...for 6 months...by the way she ate a lot of cheese..What did McCartney eat? She was a vegetarian. I suppose if you examine closely all our food we can label it infectious. So the dilemma...what DO we eat? I think it is much simpler than we can imagine... Our own bodies tell us if we listen to it. Too much sugar...are you tired? Does pork or any other food give you body odor?Do your eyes twitch after a diet coke?So you get headaches from nuts? Does something give you energy. unlike sugar that makes you weak after a while? Is your stomach bloated after pasta? Are you craving sweets even after you ate? Maybe you need High chromium foods.. Do you crave salty food?Maybe you need more minerals. Is your brain foggy after a meal? We are our own lab....we already know what makes us feel good. and I'm not meaning drugs or alcohol or desserts..those are just fixes that take us deeper into the confusion..it masks our reality. Listen to your sub conscious ...it knows. Stress definitely can be 85% of the disease.Maybe none of our diseases are because of food or or lifestyle since there are plenty of people breaking every rule and cancer free! What kills us is our emotions...its what our parents tell us that we'll get if we don't listen...Its what religion tells you if you marry out of your faith Itcreates guilt that you have to punish yourself...because deep down..even though you thought it wasn't wrong...the childhood programming still wants to haunt you. Worrying about what to eat...is more stress we don't need... Laughter and peace. Lina Joe Wrote: A closer look at many people's 'vegetarian diet' often reveals a serious shortage of good nutrition.
