Toni: Is the test strip you have for the first morning urine testing? If its

around 7 you're doing fine thats a good figure to stay at, too high is not good

either and there's a book alkalize or die out on amazon that you can buy and

read.

Thanks yes that is what crossed my mind about the urine and yes I have the book

Alkalize or Die

and have read it. Where do people get their PH strips?
