Guest guest Posted September 26, 2006 Report Share Posted September 26, 2006 Hello to all, My eight year old daughter, has a Pontine Glioma. We are weaning her off Decadron. She started on 24 mg a day and we were down to 2 mg every other day. Then she started having some double vision. It comes and goes and seems to be triggered by stress and/or increased activity. For the last six days we increased her dose to 2 mg every day. Now it seems to be getting worse. The double vision still comes and goes but now seems to happen more frequently. She just had a PET scan yesterday and the tumor has not grown. Has anyone experienced double vision or vision problems due to Decadron??? has had almost every side effect imaginable.
