Guest guest
Hi, Im a non hodgkins lymphoma suffer of 23yrs,this is about my 8th reoccurance in that time. As a result of this I have large open smelly wounds that began as ulcers on my left leg, all they have been doing is changing the dressings every second day.I cannot have anymore chemo as it has affected my heart, so I was wondering if anyone on this site would know of anything to use? I have been exploring the option of maggot therapy but i dont know if my local hospital does this.I have also tried medical honey, hydrogen peroxide. The whole leg seems to be breaking down now,the docs wouldnt remove the leg when it was below my knee, they said it was too risky and a waste of time as the whole leg had cancer cells, right up to the groin. Thanks, Jim Atkins.
