Guest guest
Hi everyone- This is the first time I've posted but have been a member of this group for years and have read many many other posts from everyone and my heart goes out to you all. I have epilepsy and just recently lost my job because they took away an accommondation to the attendance policy of calling in sick 24 hours in advance after a reorganization. I was with the company, Alegent Health Systems, for over 11 years. From what I have been reading from everyone lately it sounds like many are upset with Pepper. I know perhaps maybe she doesn't come across as being very compassionate and she sounds certainly strong in your views it does sound like she does want to offer some help or advice. Some people really just want to tell others what to do to fix their life and Pepper sounds maybe more like that type of person. But in her defense she has said numerous times just to ignore her if what she says upsets you. In my opinion I just think we need to try and keep our sights on what is important and what we can do to help ourselves and help each other and fight the battle of epilepsy, not fight with some person. Wishing everyone the best, especially the children!
Guest guest
Amen to that. I also read posts because my daughter has seizures and I mean no offense but it'd be great to focus on sharing and try to end the abrasive and constant warring that has been occuring for about 2 weeks now. Guest guest
I agree with what you said. I am trying to practice more compassion in my life, especially with people who upset me; that's not always easy. The best thing to do is just ignore an email from Pepper if she says something that upsets you. Or if she replies to your email and you think it might upset you, don't read it. It takes two to make a fight. If you don't respond, she has nothing to respond to and the issue is dropped. Let's try to keep the focus of this group positive where we can help each other, not tear each other down. Helen

Guest guest
Hi Bee; I have a peptic ulcer, would I be able to have ground red pepper? Is it too strong even for the candida? Thanks; Jeanne

Instead just do things to Improve Your Digestion: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php#s28 Bee
