Guest guest
Hi , Flaxseed oil has to be mixed with a sulfurated protein according to the Budwig protocol. You can use non fat-yogurt, but have to use three times the volume. For example 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil to 2 tablespoons of low fat Cottage Cheese OR 8 tablespoons of non fat yogurt. arnold

Please educate me and tell me where this is written -- a link would also be nice. Also, I'd read to use " low-fat cottage cheese. " I'd also like to know if Dr. Budwig's work specifically discusses the fat/low-fat/non-fat aspects of the sulphurated proteins to use. I didn't know about the Budwig protocol when I first started eating the combo -- I just put together several healthy good-tasting things to help me with a wasting condition. Then when I accidentally found in 2000 about the Budwig research and combo, I had already started using the low- or non-fat yogurt, but I must say that the whole-milk yogurt didn't hurt me a bit. In fact, in 2000, I felt like a new person from the one that started this in 1997. I must add that I was on a very healthy rigid diet otherwise, and wasn't consuming trans- fats, etc. Many thanks, bg
