" It reminds me of the famous saying, which I actually heard used by a physician, " the operation was a success, but the patient died " . ??? Perhaps the term 'cured' does get used when what we really mean, or should is, 'sustained remission'. However the above was clearly not a 'sustained remission'........at least it seems that way. I was told she has mulitple areas of cancer in her body and no one was aware it had gotten into her spine and up to the brain. Her entire body minus the spine and brain showed clear. Does that sound correct?? Sorry Joe.. The person who spoke of the oxygen being too late reminded me of something I had read that said " Even if you could kill every cancer cell in the body, there comes a time when the damage it had done to vital organs prior to its eradication would have made further life impossible.
