Guest guest
I just found out I have a uterine polyp. My doctor wants to remove and then do Endometrial ablation for my heavy bleeding. what info do you have on this procedure? Is it necessary and any after effects? Any info and help will be greatly appreciated. I am 43 years old and went in to see my doctor because I was bleeding for a month! First time ever. Usually like clockwork. Guest guest
Your question could have been " does endometrial ablation give permanent cure " Polyps are harmless unless you want to conceive, in your case that does not appear to be the case. Western doctors write off fertility by age 40 itself. Chances of polyps turning out malignant increase if surgery is adopted. sometimes bigger one removed this way smaller ones left untouced. Acc. to Eli , a successful and gifted herbalist who cured more tha 4200 cancer cases in his lifetime, malignant growths should not be touched by scalpel, that irritates cancer and growth rate becomes multiple. But heavy bleeding, menorrhagia, endometriosis, all are typical peri- menopause problems, common when excess estrogen, obesity, estrogen mimicking environmental toxins are present in adipose tissues. Ayurveda offers good cures for such a condition, see for instance, ayurvedaonline/message/6375 Best suggestion that can be given is see an ayurveda practitioner in neighbourhood. Self medication should not be adopted even if you are given names of medicines. Ayurveda offers even some panch karma techniques for this problem, beyond the scope of discussion on this list. Suffice it to say that heavy bleeding generally classed as excess pitta condition, meaning impurities in blood, body utilizes this route to to dispose off bad blood. September October are months when pitta problems aggravate. Try to reduce weight(you might have tried everything without success, but ayurveda offers solution here too) , adopt lifestyle in tune with natures clock, and change of diet to reduce pitta. More recommendation for this is given at ayurvedaonline/message/2497 dr bhate care22be wrote: >I just found out I have a uterine polyp.
