It is time for her and you to 'make her own luck', beat predictions, and

also to enjoy the precious time left.

My story attached - with 6 then 8 mets in the liver and one in the lung, I

was given 6 months - that is nearly 30 months ago! I still have cancer and

am still fighting but have quality time - we all die in the end - try not to

stress out too much.

There is a group called melanoma - in that group has recovered

from a brain and a spinal tumour following radiotherapy - in the case of her

brain tumour - 'whole brain radiotherapy' - it can happen.

If the tumours have widely spread, she needs a 'systemic' treatment as well

- this is either chemotherapy or immunology. I was given DTIC (or

dacarbazine) chemotherapy - but I believe the reasons it worked were to do

with lifestyle and diet changes.

Find an oncologist you trust, volunteer for drug trials - make changes for

the good - and then enjoy what you have

Subject: HELP : Filtering through the trash on cancer cures

Hello all,

My wife has metastatic malenoma, numerous tumors throughout her body.

she has been diagnosed with a brain tumor (malinoma)about 1 week ago.

She has been admitted to the hospital and the Dr's do not talk like they

have any hope. She is 34 yrs old and wants to live and watch our children

grow. Please someone give me some information on this or something else that

could work to get her healthy enough again to fight this demon. We are

broke from trying the quack stuff I find on the net. I beg please.
