The methods that the orthodox medicine has to offer are ineffective,

My Oncologist explained to me that I was in the forth stage of cancer

and to get my personl things in order, there was nothing more they

could do, so I found this book on how to cure cancer in 5 days,

following the instructions for 10 days and double the doses, after 10

days I went back to my oncologist and requested that we redo all the

test. When the results came back he called me and said " I can only

say, it is a miracle " . I said " That it was the book " , he replied, " I

can't say that " , it's just a miracle! My P.S.A has dropped to .008,

which is better than excellant. That was in 1994 and my P.S.A is still

Security Disability but they have a 6 month wait before she can get

any money if she is accepted. She doesn't think she is going to make

wish is that she can die with dignity. My mom has always been a very

giving and independent person. She said she doesn't want to die

that no one feels that way, but that is how she feels.

I was hoping that I might be able to find someone willing to help me or tell me how to start a fund raiser for my mom."

Am very sorry to hear about your mother. However as much as I am sure most of us would love to be able to send you donations to help, alot of us cannot even afford our own situations, so although we wish you the best with your fundraising, this is not a list to solicit donations. We are a support group.

I am in the process of setting up the Australian Chapter of the Diabetes Insipidus Foundation - however I have no idea what the set up involves. If you would like, I would happily give you the email address of the woman in the USA who runs this foundation. She may be able to steer you in the right direction to help set up a fund for your mother.

It does require legal services, obtaining a charity license and other such things. You cannot just start a fund without being a registered charity - that much I do know.

In the mean time please feel free to write to us when you need to vent. It is hard being a care giver, there are many on this list who understand and will be more then willing to support you at any time you should need us.
