The above website describes a clinical trial of Coley's toxins in which

patients will be treated for free at the following clinic:

ITL Cancer Clinic (formerly IAT Clinic/ (Immunology Researching

Centre)/Immuno-Augmentative Research Centre (IAT Ctr)) (Dr. Burton's clinic)

Freeport, Grand Bahama, Bahamas

877 785-7460 or 242-352-7455 or 809-352-7455; Fax:(242)352-3201 or

Let me know if you'd like more info on the clinic.

I know nothing about the clinical trial.

Below are my notes on Coley's Toxins. I'm a big believer in this treatment

for people w/intact immune systems (who haven't had much chemo):

Coley's Toxins (aka Mixed Bacterial Vaccine [MBV] or pyrogenic

[fever-inducing] bacterial lysate/CPG 7909)-- particularly effective

w/advanced NHL (very effective w/nodular, but not very effective

w/lymphosarcoma/lymphoblastic NHL) lymphoma, Hodgkins (67% 5-yr survival),

w/giant-cell bone cancer [osteosarcoma?] (79% 5-yr survival for patients

w/inoperable tumors; 87% 5-yr survival for patients w/operable tumors),

Ewing's sarcoma of bone (at most 9% 5-yr survival), sarcoma of soft tissue

(51% survived 10 yrs; 49% of inoperable patients survived 4 yrs; 71% of

operable patients survived 4 yrs; most effective w/spindle-celled; least

effective in melanotic), breast cancer (25% survived 10 yrs; 10-65% of

patients w/inoperable carcinoma survived 5-8 yrs; about 75-84% of operable

carcinoma patients survived 5 yrs; 5 out of 5 operable sarcoma patients

survived 5 yrs; 2 out of 7 inoperable sarcoma patients survived 8 yrs),

inoperable ovarian cancer (67% 5-yr survival; 10-yr median survival if

cancer was confined to ovary), colorectal (about 60% 5-yr survival for

inoperable), melanoma (71% 5-yr survival for operable; 64% 5-yr survival for

inoperable; effective even w/patients who've had chemo), testicular (87%

long-term survival for patients w/operable tumors; 33% 5-yr survival for

patients w/inoperable tumors), neuroblastoma (about 33% 5-yr survival).

Apparently a little effective w/stage 3 lung carcinoma. Another study

reported 45% five year survival with inoperable tumors and 50% with operable

tumors. I believe it's also had some success w/liver & uterine cancer.

Increased life expectancy of kidney cancer patients to 6.5 years but didn't

decrease the likelihood of [eventual] death [didn't produce permanent

recoveries] in " soft-tissue " [sarcoma], kidney, ovarian, breast cancer

patients (Moss, 1992, p. 408; Diamond et al., 1997, pp. 880-882;

et al., 1999;

0508B603A14 & method=displayFull & pn=6EB86A59-EBD9-11D4-810100508B603A14). It's

my understanding that Coley's toxins produce a therapeutic fever

(hyperthermia) and powerful immune response that is highly effective in

killing cancer cells. Mistletoe's synergistic w/Coley's.
