Guest guest
Digestive enzymes, deep breathing. At the top of the breath the lymph gushes into the subclavian vein at base of neck. One person I know did a radical thing and used a hypodermic needle to drain it. Yikes. But it only lasted a few days and then it swelled again. I think the key is to figure out what is causing it to swell. Something you are ingesting is reacting as a poison. For me it was wheat. Blessings Donna Lymph system Does anyone know of any herbal substance to take to clean / clear the lymph system? I am still having problems with a lymph node in my neck and cant seem to get it cleared with the BECK methods. thank you
Guest guest
I think most of the bitter herbal blood cleaners also clean the lymph. Here are a few: Burdock Root Chaparral Red clover blossom Yellow Dock. Swedish Bitters (alcohol extract) Chinese Bluplurum There are others too. I found the link below. I am not connected with the site in any way, just passing on info. You can also try bouncing on a mini - rebounder trampoline. The bouncing action circulates and cleans lymph. Guest guest
Carbohydrates in their simplest of forms, as sugars are compounds of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. The building blocks of protein, yes but without the component amino acids they are " neutral " and create stagnation in the lymph fluid, which saturates all of the body's tissues and cells. Any general anatomy, and/or physiology book will provide this information. ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
