Digestive enzymes, deep breathing. At the top of the breath the lymph gushes

into the subclavian vein at base of neck.

One person I know did a radical thing and used a hypodermic needle to drain it.

Yikes. But it only lasted a few days and then it swelled again. I think the

key is to figure out what is causing it to swell. Something you are ingesting

is reacting as a poison. For me it was wheat.

I think most of the bitter herbal blood cleaners also clean the lymph. Here

are a few:

Burdock Root

Chaparral

Red clover blossom

Yellow Dock.

Swedish Bitters (alcohol extract)

Chinese Bluplurum

There are others too. I found the link below. I am not connected with the

site in any way, just passing on info.

You can also try bouncing on a mini - rebounder trampoline. The bouncing

action circulates and cleans lymph.

Carbohydrates in their simplest of forms, as sugars are compounds of

carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. The building blocks of protein, yes but

without the component amino acids they are " neutral " and create

stagnation in the lymph fluid, which saturates all of the body's tissues

and cells.

Any general anatomy, and/or physiology book will provide this information.
