A coffee enema stimulates the liver to increase SOD production by

700%, which is one reason coffee enemas are so efficient for detox

(both long term and immediate -- e.g., a headache, hangover, or drug

overdose effects are alleviated on the spot).

There's a bacterium radiodurance in existence that likes to live in

nuclear reactors. It produces the highest amounts of SOD of all Earth

creatures, which allows it to scavenge free radicals at a record rate

and avoid any harm from the levels of radiation exposure that would

kill most other things on Earth almost instantly.

Gluten and/or enteric coated aupplements can improve absorption, but

much experimentation in the medical realm has been done with

injections. With all the medical research going on with SOD (just

google 'superoxide dismutase' with 'blood brain barrier' or some other

human aspect, and you will get many hits with positive-resulting

research) - I'm really surpised more NP's aren't using it! If I were

to request injections of some kind for treatment of cancer, it would

be SOD.

the incidentals of their disease happens to be that the human gene

that produces SOD actually overproduces it. Downs Syndrome people

don't get cancer. Maybe that's one reason why.

Hi Jim I can't find the original, but here is a brief review of it. http://www.health-science-report.com/cgi-bin/alotek.cgi?topics=7 & article=306 Jim <formerfon@...> wrote: Recently Pam posted an article about free radicals and anti oxidants. One of those mentioned was SOD, which apparently has only very recently been developed in a form that can be fully

utilized by the body. The Triple Anti Oxidant therapy, which was originally dveloped at Univ New Mexico, was developed long before this new version of SOD has become available....does it therefore make sense that this would be a valuable addition to that therapy, and does anyone have any idea (or know where to find out) the right dose for therapeutic/synergistic effect?
