My fianc? (advanced bowel cancer in remission since

march 03) suffers migraines and headaches and tends to

bear the pain out of reluctance to take the standard

drugs like paracetemol ibupropin and codene, are there

any effective alternatives. Nick

Hi Nick,

I got rid of years of daily migraines when I began taking a tablespoon

of flaxseed oil every day without fail. The migraines were gone within

a week or so.

I also suffered badly at least 2 to 3 times per week of migraines that I would

have to go to bed to get rid of it, and when diagnosed with breast cancer I

changed my eating habits. another thing that gives me migraines now is when I

find myself constipated. I without fail get a huge huge migraine.

Address the problems one by one and eventually you will find the answer to why

you are getting them.

Warmest regards Odette

Hi Nick

I am not a big expert on headaches and migraines but I know that aspirin and

migraine specific drugs constrict the blood vessels which we should avoid.

Vitamin B3 - niacin and vitamin C supplements should help and avoid the obvious

food and drink eg, chocolate, tea, coffee and sugar.

Sorry I can't be of more help. Try looking on the Cure Zone website as I am

sure they will have something.

Jo
