He thinks he still has Lyme or some kind of virus in his system. I

found some info on something called " Stealth Virus " & he was

tested- it came back negative. He wants to get re-tested cuz it

can hide in ur body & not show up if testing isn't done at the right

time. It's like a mouse in a wall - u see it when it's out but when it

goes in the wall u can't see it- but it's there!

1. officinalis tincture (lemon balsm) must be made of fresh herb.

2. Licorice root

3. essential oil of Oreganumvulgaris and/or THymbra spicata

Antivirals NOT effective for me

1. Grapefruit seed extract

2. Pau d'Arco

3. Olive leaf extract

Hope this helps

Pau d' arco is supposed to be a good tea to drink to get rid of candida and I

have heard of it being used as a natural cancer treatment as well.

Take care,

Well made yoghurt (plain) with live bacteria is effective indealing with

candida albicans. Eat it three times a day.

Dear Dawn,

I sure would like it. God bless you. I'm hearing so much about magnesium.

Does anyone know the most easily assimilated form?

Thanks so much!

We have found that LIQUID forms of Mg are most absorable for us.

A site with easy to understand info on Magnesium is www.naturalcalm.net

There are several types of Mg available.... many like and find effective Mg

glyconate or Mg taurate.

Because of expense, we use MoM...... 1 teaspoon = 400 mg.

MJH,

Yeah, but Charlie is a big guy, isn't he? is 5'1 and 134 lbs. I

give her the B-50 complex twice a day since she goes to school and gets home at

4 PM and B6 50mg twice a day plus I also give her magnesium and calcium and

other supplements.

You don't think that B100 twice a day for her size is too much? I want to

help her, but I'm afraid of over doing things unless I'm sure. Thanks for all

your help!

How's Charlie doing?

Size is not an issue with B complex..... what may be too much is excreted in

the urine.

Adult doses are usual for people over age eight years, I understand.

Read the chapter on Epilepsy on Prescrition for Nutritional Healing.

And, do not forget that Magnesium is the cofactor for B6.

is is getting one third of the recommended adult dose......
