Guest guest
I posted on this recently, but I don't know how many of you took it to heart. The proper way to get all the vitamin D you need is from sunshine, but if your time in the sun is limited due to weather, indoors job, etc., etc., then by all means buy yourself a vitamin D sunlamp. I use it 5 minutes 3 times a week, and it will give you vitamin D, from UV-A and UV-B. I got mine from http://www.summertan.com/Catalog/kbd_d_uv_lamp_4899512.htm It's a little expensive, but well worth it. That's one of the ways they get vitamin D in Scandanavia. You have to follow the directions to the T, and this company will provide you with green goggles to wear when you use it, so your eyes aren't affected by the ultraviolet light; 2 pair come free with your order.
