Thank you for your advice. It probably is a hormonal thing due to

his age. Not having it checked out is not an option for me. My

concern is if I were to find out it was cancerous, would I be in

trouble for choosing natural ways to deal with it instead of doing

what the doctors would recommend such as surgery, radiation, etc.

That's what I'm not wanting to be forced to get caught up in.

Hopefully, it's just hormonal but I would like to find out what it

is through a different route than a medical doctor if that is

possible just to avoid trouble in the future when those same

doctors want to insist on what type of treatment I should choose

or else remove my son from our home.

I'll see what my naturopath says about the available options and

if there are none, I will, of course, go to a doctor. But I would

guess, because he is 11 years old, that this is hormonal and

something he would really hate for his older sister to find out

about! ;)
