Guest guest
Odette: Have you ever shared the protocol your naturopath used to deal with your breast cancer? Have you ever heard of an inversion board? Its where you lay 18in off the floor on an angle on a board and it opens your lymph nodes. It's incredible I was told to do this and it is amazing me with results. I don't have access to a sauna but that sounds good too. How long in the sauna if I ever get the chance to use one. thanks Frann
Guest guest
Frann: No I have not really shared the protocol that was given to me by the Naturopath, It is devised for me personally, But As you have seen it in my group pasted on the file section under protocols, well it is there for you to see and give you an idea how he worked. Please could you please explain more about the board and perhaps post the info to my group so that the members there could be able to view the info, as all the people there are dealing with different stages of breast cancer except for a minor few. Well it is my understanding that any cancer has a lymph node conection. Please if you would be kind enough to help with that info I would appreciate the time. Guest guest
Frann, is this where you lay on a board and your feet are elevated but your head is at the floor on an angle? How does this help, other than make the blood rush to your head? How long to you lay on this board and what have your results been? Using a rebounder is really supposed to help move lymph flow around too. ~Amber <<Have you ever shared the protocol your naturopath used to deal with your breast cancer? Guest guest
You lay there for twenty minutes a day and are suppose to be at an eighteen inch height with your feet. It opens up the lymph glands, so far so good for me.. I am also using a machine to kill the parasites in my body with wormwood oil and black walnut. It tastes gross but if it does what it says all the parasites will be gone, I am also doing a apple cider cleanse with olive oil and grapefruit this weekend. Its cleanses the liver and small intestines, doesn't sound like it will taste great but I am already alkalined so now I want to be totally cleansed out as well. I have a rebounder on its way for me. Looking forward to jumping and getting those lymph opened even more. Hope that answered your question and of course I added more. Guest guest
Odette: I am not familar with how to post or see your protocol on your site maybe because I'm new or I missed something. the inversion therapy is simply taking your everyday ironing board and a hassik thats about 18 inches high from the floor and using the square end for your feet at the top and the rounded for head on the floor and getting on it head down and laying there for twenty minutes a day. No blood rushes to your head cause the angle is not severe but the lymph glands respond quite well and will clean themselves out and flow normally. Cut and paste this to your site if you think it will help someone. Blessings, Frann Tell me how to view your protocol as I would love to read your naturopaths views. odette gaud wrote: Frann: No I have not really shared the protocol that was given to me by the Naturopath, It is devised for me personally, But As you have seen it in my group pasted on the file section under protocols, well it is there for you to see and give you an idea how he worked. Are these better than the tincture? <<I am also doing a apple cider cleanse with olive oil and grapefruit this weekend. I just saw a very cool one on QVC the other day ;-) The one I bought from a sporting goods store isn't as bouncy. ~Amber Stargazer wrote: Frann, is this where you lay on a board and your feet are elevated but your head is at the floor on an angle? Guest guest
Amber, [in using the inversion board] Your head is down and your arms can rest on your body or under your back or even out at your side, whereever they are more comfortable for you. Its a great cause it doesn't cost any money to do something so good for your body. I am waiting for our friend to forward the site where to buy this parasite machine, its so simple again and the black walnut and wormwood is liquid placed under the tongue once you've done the first 42 minutes of sessions and it tastes horrible but again its something we are all affected by and neet to eliminate. I have no clue about the capsules or how you would incorporate them into a regime at all, sorry. I ordered my rebounder from HSN and it was a little more the 100.00 so it better be flexible it has a 30 day money back guarantee so I will know how I like it in 10days or less. Hope those answered your questions. Just a brief catch up, the parasite cleanser was very strong which indicated its working so I wouldn't advise doing other cleanses at the same time, could be pretty negative and stressful for the body. Again this is just my opinion here. I am waiting till next weekend when I'm done with the parasite cleansing.. Frann
