Guest guest
>>I totally agree with Gret. Although there are some men out there who only like LP women for nasty perverted things... there are some men out there who love short women. If you look at the big picture, it's just like a white man prefering black women. In my eyes its usually just about preference. It's not very often that people criticize preferences like that so why criticize men who like short women? To further Gret's point, I could go out there and say I only want to date tall men just because I prefer it... and that does not make me a pervert or having a fettish.<< A few weeks ago I ran into a man who said that he likes short women. He turned out to be creepy in other ways, but he noticed me and approached me BECAUSE of my height not in spite of it! I know there are LPs out there who only date LPs and that's fine, but I figure the majority of us (particularly the many more who do not belong to LPA, or have been associated with it since I must renew one of these days!) are going to end up with average people. My ex is 5'5 " , which is short but definitely well within average. I'd date anybody of any height if they wanted to take me out and I liked them, frankly. Sure, some of these guys may be creepy with dwarf fetishes. But some of them may not be. I think they should be given the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. Maybe they're just looking to expand their dating pool! --

Stevia will be very low on the index as it has little to no effect on glucose. I've got some Stevia plants growing in the bay window right now. Hope this helps
Guest guest
Dear Deborah, I'm glad I am not in your area and driving on the same roads as you while you are bawling your head off! LOL Seriously - congratulations! I'm so thrilled you are doing so well in the hearing world! My mom is 80 (shhhhh, don't tell her, it makes her mad) and I have a terrible time hearing her voice as well, even with my CI. That's because it's difficult for her to project, which is probably similar to your mom. Anyway, continued success and happiness!! ) Jackie
Guest guest
My Mom is 80 and Dad is 84. When I visited them in March I had a terrible time understanding them. They both seemed to be mumbling and barely opening their mouths to talk. There was no projection of their speech at all. Also it was just too taxing for them to verbalize in any different way. It didn't help that they insisted on having two tvs going at the same time constantly and my mother is constantly busy in the kitchen clanging dishes, pots, pans, silverware etc. When I left I realized we didn't get a whole lot said but I was grateful for their continued togetherness and fairly good health.
