Well Trudy and y'all;

I have to admit that after all that anticipation and " build up (pressure) " ; the

whole experience was kind of a BUMMER.. ;-( There was a lot of gurgling and

carrying on goin on in there and I had very little sleep and when I finally got

up to " get my rocks off " ; there was instead just seeming gallons of water with a

bit of sand in the bottom of the bucket...Oh well...Now Walt tells me that he

didn't experience anything particularly spectacular on the first flush either;

and so I'm not too disappointed..I have to wait 2 weeks before I can try

again..I did have a tremendous rush of " well-being " which lasted all day and for

that reason I'm certain that many toxic substances were passed out the

" draught " ..When I meditated later on in the day; I had a vision of lying on my

back on one of those " luges " staring at my feet, and there were poles on either

side of me (like at a drag race) with flashing bright white lights; which to me

is a good sign that all systems are ready and the race is on...I think that you

should all do it..

Hi Mel,

Oh, it sounds like you are off to a good start already. Be sure you let us know

the results of your liver cleanse. I'm unable to fast because I am diabetic.

The last time I tried Hulda 's cleanse I became very sick. Therefore, I

think that Dr. 's alternative is a good one for me.

Kind regards,

Trudy

Hi Mel,

Just wondering if you did all 3-4 table spoons of Epsom Salts, & do you

think the " bit of sand " , was stones?

Hi Mel,

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have that " rollin' stones " experience that you

were seeking. ...maybe next time? I don't know about Walt's experience. Did

he have success with any liver flushes following the first one where he did not

experience anything spectacular? I'm glad to hear that you are not giving up

and will do another one in two weeks.

Kind regards,

Trudy

Walt was on flush #2 and did better than flush #1; but still nothing as

spectacular as what we're hearing on here and we're devastated..

Waaahhhhhhhh ;-(

Hi Mel,

It is very common not getting stones the first time. I know it is important

to take the Epsom salt. You didn't say how much you took. The Epsom salt

relaxes the bile tubes so the stones can pass freely. Wish you the best my

friend!

Gaylen
