Guest guest
I had colon cancer and it was removed and I did one session of chemo. At that moment I knew chemo was not something I wanted to do. So for three months I have been studying alternatives. What a mess! The net is full of con artist trying to make a buck off the terminally ill. I hope God rewards then for this someday. I have a naturalist doctor who put me on supplements but backed out on giving glutathimine intravenously. I just found out the cancer has spread to my bones and my stomach. I feel I need a couple more protocols to feel like I might have a chance. But what. Each protocol is well-supported by people selling it but there are no real testimonials from people not likely to have a vested interest. I am seeking real people who have had documented cancer and who has had real success with an alternative protocol. People I can call on the phone not a fake e-mail. Is that too much to ask? If there are so many people who have had miracles in their life? Can anyone help me out here? W. john_martin@... 504-455-4295
Guest guest
Hi , As a help to your question, I am sure many people here will respond. There are many other good lists, too, but try a list, called Flaxseedoil2@.../ for starters. In fact, Cliff Beckwith, founder of the list, has a free tape.He has survived 13 years already from Stage IV cancer so.... Just ask him by e-mail and tell him where to send the tape. After that, you can call him , too. Also, the archives there are loaded with all sorts of valid testimonials from people in similar situtations. There is nothing to sell or advertised. It is truly a humanitarian list like many others. Dr. Budwig is the main focus of the Flaxseed oil list and she has saved countless people with a very simple remedy within the reach of everyone and avaiable in one`s hometown. She has two books translated into English which you can easily get. It`s all about taking Flaxseed oil and low fat cottage cheese [or yogurt] , along with some freshly ground up flaxseeds. They do " miracles " .... Cancer can be cured by a good attitude, change in wrong eating habits, and a change in direction. If you are willing to absorb, so are others willing to help. The ball is now in your court. Good luck and good health recovery, . We are all behind you. Guest guest
, I just happened to come across this story in the London Guardian. The author also had colon cancer, & he includes contact information in his story. http://observer.guardian.co.uk/review/story/0,6903,1115514,00.html Sandy > I had colon cancer and it was removed and I did one session of chemo. > At that moment I knew chemo was not something I wanted to do. Guest guest
A Dear Letter: Hi , I was faced with a serious problem in 2002. My sister's left femur fractured July 16,2002, as a result of Multiple Myeloma which had never been diagnosed. They gave her 3 to 9 months. We settled on a high pHtherapy which removed the bulk and then went on to improve her immune system and nutrition. She is leading a normal life now. There are many alternatives on the market and I suppose that they all have some benefits in their own way, but I did not have much time and was looking for something that worked and had a lot of scientific background. It is unfortunate that federal money caonnot be put to better use rather than given to drug companies for creating more of the same expensive toxic drugs that do not benefit the cancer patients. Guest guest
, You may wish to try Homeopathy. Bone Cancer has a limited qty of remedies, one of which is Symphytum (comfrey), which is very helpful when carefully matched to symptomatic picture. A professional Homeopath would be best able to help someone who is new on the scene to alt health. Homeopathy works well with other modalities; i.e. juicing, colonics, Rife, NET, NAET, supplements, enzymes, etc... Hope this is helpful, and gives you additional avenues of research to follow up on. Unfortunately, with the political climate of today, it's getting tougher to " reach out, and 'help' someone " .... wrote: > I had colon cancer and it was removed and I did one session of chemo. > At that moment I knew chemo was not something I wanted to do. Guest guest
Margaret, I have bone cancer in the mandible....reticulum cell sarcoma, aka bone lymphoma....and have made excellent progress with intravenous ascorbic acid. Also, cesium chloride seemed to help me alot, as did gallium nitrate (which I purchased from a horse farm). Guest guest
Hello Margaret. Laetrile is vit. B-17. You can find it in apricot kernels, black walnut hulls, arrow grass, tuni grass and a few other places. I'd take extra magnesium and epsom salt baths. A naturopath or homeopath ought to be of some help also. Rue ( ruta graveolens) may help with dopamine and therefore help with depression. Guest guest
margaret.....a monthly IV infusion of aredia or zometa (bisphosphonates as well) would be a much better bet for the bone mets. try flaxssed oil diet..(google budwig diet) general good effect! perhaps high dose curcumin & quercetin. depends.....goes great with taxol. i just don't know very much about the subject unfortunately. B17 you can find in queensland at http://www.thefountainoflife.ws/ take heart.....you migh be at low ebb now, just some little changes for the better and you can kickstart UP again. try the alternatives.....but hard to find good data.....lots of good print!!!! no results.....and $$$ down the drain. perhaps the people in queensland are helpful.....they should know enough about the subject. the radiotherapy was for bone complications? bonefos is not the best choice. (and this http://www.seattleweekly.com/news/0416/040421_news_sather.php ) MARGARET this place could be helpful!!! http://listserv.acor.org/archives/club-mets-bc.html will show what everyone is doing and how they are getting on. i have myeloma and have learnt much on the acor site devoted to MM hope you pick up a bit and feel less busted by the radiotherapy. joe > Margaret on wrote: > Hi, I live in Australia and have just stumbled across this group whilst searching for cancer info. Guest guest
Margaret, I have a wonderful book by Yance. He has been treating cancer via herbs and supplements for 20 years in Connecticut, USA. I don't know if he would do phone consults or not. But the book is called Herbal Medicine Healing and Cancer and is available on Amazon.com. I have used it to put together a program for my dog, who has bone cancer also. Pam G
