Thanks, H. > ---------------------- Hi , The flaxseed oil with high lignans have an inch or so of solid goop in the bottom of the container that is evidently supposed to be the hulls of the flaxseeds. Because we don't know how this is processed and it usually remains stuck in the bottom of the container unless you use a knife to stir it around, I wonder if it does any good for the user at all. It helps the flax oil companies to save an inch of oil in each container. The ideal way to add lignans to the diet, in my opinion, is to follow the Budwig Protocol and use a coffee bean grinder to grind whole flax seeds which are then added to a mixture of flax oil and cottage cheese with raw fruit for breakfast and again as a lunch dessert. The freshly ground flaxseeds are also added to freshly prepared vegetable juices. For more information on the Budwig Protocol, click on this link for the files of this group. /files/ I recommend buying regular cold-pressed flaxseed oil so that you get that extra inch of oil instead of the hardened glob in the bottom. Then, follow the ideas of Dr. Budwig and grind your own flaxseeds. She said that the seeds lose their health giving benefits within 10 to 15 minutes once they are ground because of expsosure to air and light. So, take a minute to blend some flax oil and cottage cheese, grind and add some flaxseed, add fruit and raw nuts and immediately eat this delicious mixture that fights cancer and is very enjoyable. Use various fruits, especially berries [fresh or frozen] which are very good cancer fighters.
Guest guest
, Thanks for your reply, no wonder they sold me on the high lignans. It costs them less money. I will know better the next time I order. I have the coffe bean grinder and will do that again as I had stopped doing it. Thanks a lot, H. > > Hi , You know so much about Flax Oil.
