Guest guest
I also read cameron's book and remember no reference to IV vitamin C - where they went wrong was in limiting intake to only ten grams (sodium ascorbate, I believe) - for this amount there is no need to go through any cumbersome IV procedure. astrolog@... wrote: Does anyone know how much IV Vitamin C treatments cost, and what the different options are (Doctor, nurse, do it yourself, etc.)? I interviewed one Doctor's nurse, and she refused to talk about money on the phone, except to say it wasn't covered by Medicare. What's the cheapest (safe) way to do this? BTW, I don't know why people keep citing that old study about how oral vitamin C didn't do the job...of course it didn't...they did it wrong. ing and colleagues used IV vit. C, I read his book. Guest guest
Diane, We used IV vitamin C with my daughter who had AML leukemia. We bought it from Romania. I wished we would have used it sooner would have seen better results. We lost our 27 year old daughter 6 months ago. We used one vial ever other day and injected it in her port. Hope this helps
Guest guest
After reading some more, I realize everyone has to prepare IV solution themselves, I don't see any vendors selling the bags ready to use. So, we'll probably go with Merit Pharmaceuticals, recommended by Dr. Cathcart. Although if anyone here has anything to add about vendors, or tips on doing the therapy, please let me know. (I'm not doing it myself, my friend's oncologist will be doing it.) Diane L.
Guest guest
Regrettably, that's what conventional doctors, who can't step out of their paradigm and training, (almost) always do. I've been trying to convince my uncle, who's been having LOTS of trouble with chemo for colon cancer, to try IVC, but his " doctors " said, " Oh, it's not PROVEN " . See the file in our files section on IVC. Lots of good stuff there. Posted by: " * * " gemini_0306@... Date: Sun Oct 29, 2006 3:33 pm (PST) Hi folks - I wrote a few weeks back about my friend who has pancreatic ca - I told you the diagnosing Dr. did not hold out too much hope for her - since then she has been blessed to find a wonderful apothocary (sp?) - who has spent time with her, arranged IV vitamin C and many other natural cocktails - her spirits have been wonderful, she looks amazing - so full of positive energy and hope - until she went to an oncologist - who has told her that she should not take IV vitamin C - it won't help her - and her body will only take what it needs and dispose of the rest - is this true? and why is it that conventional Dr.'s continue to strip away hope and get so upset when people try to step outside the box and help themselves............ her spirits are low now, she is feeling tired from chemo and radiation - she made the personal choice to attack this tumour from every angle that she can. I need some postitive stuff to build her back up.................... thanks Patti " a good retreat is better than a bad stand "
