THIS IS WHAT I DO!

Zap for 10 minutes.

Rest for 20 minutes.

Zap for 10 minutes.

Rest for 20 minutes.

Zap for ten minutes.

I do this every single day. My son made me a digital programmable Zapper

that I can set the zapping and stopping times (very cool). I'm able to go

for my walk or mess around on my computer, without having to 'think about'

switching the thing on and off (that's a bit of a nuisance isn't it?)

After being dx with Stage 4 Ovca over 2.1/2 years ago, I have NEVER had the

cold or the flu, ONCE ... In spite of being around family members and

friends who have endured terrible colds. Once (last winter), I thought I

was coming down with a cold or something, so I did two Zapping sessions

(instead of one) on that and the following day. No flu! Although cancer

patients are often advised to have a flu' shot, I absolutely refuse!

Of course, just because it works for me, doesn't mean it'll work for

everyone, but it's worth a try isn't it?
