Guest guest
Get rid of most meat, all wheat products and eat a diet primarily of highly colored fruits and vegetables. Specifically two of the best substances to consume to raise ph are watermelon and beets. I went from under 4.0 (which was as low as the test strips went I had and I was not even registering on them) to 6.7-7.0 within 5 weeks doing nothing more than what is mentioned above. For a more complete review of nutrition and ph, take a look at our website under NUTRITION. Guest guest
Hi there Jim The site I am about to give you is really a great site and tells you all you need to know about every disease and alkalizing. I am amazed at how almost all causes of disease come from a acid terrain. Read and enjoy this site. Guest guest
Hi, Bruce, I cannot take watermellon due to high sugar content. Any other suggestions as to increase pH? Thanks. Jim
Guest guest
Hi Bruce: Did you eat raw watermellon and beets or did you juice or steam them? My ph is 5.5 on my test strips and I really need to raise it quick. I had no idea my system was so acidic. Are there any magical tricks to keeping it low once you've been successful in lowering it? ~Amber
Guest guest
The trick is not to lower, but raise it. 5.5 is way better than where I started. I just ate watermelon daily, roughly a one inch thick slice across an average watermelon. I juiced (and still do) beets. Ten ounces of beet juice per day along with 3 oz carrot, 3 oz celery, 2 oz potato, and 1 oz radish juices will give you virtually all the vitamins and minerals needed (actual mixture for the BREUSS juice fast. If you did this alone for 6 weeks along with the teas he recommended, you would have just completed the BREUSS CANCER CURE. The " trick " to keeping ph up has a lot to do with dietary practices. Eat primarily vegetables and very limited meats, no deep fried foods and it is relatively easy to maintain 6.5 and above ph without purchasing any other things. (obviously do juicing with that). Guest guest
Beet juice has natural cesium and selenium in it which will radically increase your ph levels faster than watermelon. Most people prefer the watermelon, however. Guest guest
Dear Bruce, I live in Sydney Australia - what are beets- are they the same as our beetroot? The Russians make borscht soup from them ? Guest guest
Same thing. Everyone in the world except us calls them beetroot. Celerac and black radish are the two other terms from Breuss' cure that are equated to regular celery and normal red radishes. Get yourself some beetroot.
