The results of 94 studies from Netherlands Organization for Applied

Scientific Research, Nutrition and Food Research Institute showed that

with an increase in the consumption of cabbage, cauliflower and

broccoli, the risk of many types of cancer decreased.

Ingredients:

3 cups cabbage, red and green mixed

? cups fat-free miracle whip

3 Tbsp wine vinegar

1 tsp celery seed

1/4 cup white onion, minced

? cup low-fat mayonnaise

1 Tbsp honey

salt, to taste

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least one hour;

longer for enhanced flavor.

Yield: 8 servings

Total Calories per serving: 42 Kcal

Total Carbohydrates: 6 gm (56% of total calories)

Total Protein: 1 gm (8% of total calories)

Total Fat: 2 gm (35% of total calories)
