Yes to do ozone treatments, you need a generator or go to a clinic. Something probably just as good as the body suit and is free is doing ozone treatments in the bath tub filled with hot water. Just put the tube under your back and let the bubbles bubble up around your body. Use a funnel on the end of the tube to treat specific areas. You can also make an ozone sauna for probably $200 and treat the whole body that way too. http://www.falconblanco.com/health/sauna/buildone.html Also don't forget the ozonated water. This stuff really works! We never have used an oxygen regulator, so I would say no that is not required.
