" I told him those were also my chances with Alternative care. Exactly! Doctors don't seem to realize that we, the patient, might actually want to do alternative treatments. We should not be made to feel like this is a mistake, but being doctors, that is what they are taught. I admire your courage and I pray that this treatment DOES work for you! Keep us posted. Thank you for the information. The most commonly recommended one is Wobenzym but Enzymatic Therapy's Mega-Zyme appears more potent for the money. I say the more modalities you use the better your chances. All this herb stuff doesn't interfere with each other. Are you any where near Colorado? [ ] Nasopharyngeal Cancer I must make clear that my alternative Doctor began me on Detoxification ONLY, with a powder call Ultra InflamX and Omega pure 300. I took it upon myself to do research on the internet, and began taking the other supplements on my own: Essiac, Apricot Kernels, Vitamin B Complex, CoQ10, Cell Forte Max 3 ( which has IP6 with Maitake & POA Cat`s Claw) and Alpha Lipoid Acid. I am also doing the coffee enemas. I did this because my insurance will not cover Alternative care, and before I see the alternative Doctor again he wants me to get a stool comprehensive test that will cost me under his degree $400.00 dollar. Every time I see him I must pay up front $75.00. My first visit was $150.00 for a one hour consultation and $86.00 Dollars for the InflamX and Omega 300. Believe, what he told me in his office I read all on the internet. Not once did he speak to me about supplements, so I asked him about B17, he told me that he will speak about it when we get there, he said I may not need it. I asked him if he had knowledge of it and if so what did he think? He said, he had knowledge but he would not speak about it because I may or may not need it. I then though,..humm " Money, " the longer he has me the more he makes. I am not saying I will not see him again, What I am saying is that I am in control of what will be my care. Guest guest Posted March 20, 2004 Report Share Posted March 20, 2004 Hi Boricua...I was very sorry to read you have been diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer....I'm assuming this is Squamous Cell Cancer, as most head neck cancers are. I have been helping a friend of mine who was diagnosed with SCC on the floor of his mouth over 2 years ago. Although the docs told him that without radiation he'd be dead within 11 months, he is still with us and amazingly healthy. He has used various alternative products over the past couple of years and presently uses a product called Fucoidan http://www.lcrfucoidan.com/Fucoidan2.html and another one called Herbal Viel http://www.viable-herbal.com/ He is also on the Budwig diet, takes digestive enzymes, eats no meat other than fish, avoids sugars, uses a zapper, has done several parasite cleanses and has complete faith that the Lord will heal him.
