Blood levels of T4 free and t3 free near median but TSH .19 The symptoms I am getting are extreme anger, hot and sweaty mostly in the day starting in the very early morning. Irritable, down mood, bad sleep, agitated, restless, fingers spasm with a little tremor in a couple fingers. With a Total T of 400 and E2 of 21, and with a T of 522, Free of 159 and E2 of 47 I was getting these symptoms. I have had them on every combination of T that I was on. Every combination of Total T free T and E2. I know these are symptoms of both T and thyroid. Does this sound more like T or Thyroid symptoms. Any help would be appreciated.
