Guest guest
Hi to all, I'm new to the group and have a question. I have been suffering from severe acid reflux(or so the doctors have diagnosed me) for about 2 years now. I had my GB removed in 2000 but continued to do the Atkins diet which is VERY fat laden. I feel that I still have stones and have a system full of fat. I'd like to try the gb flush but do not have the recipe. Plus need to know if it is safe. Thanks,
Guest guest
I know how you feel. I did it as a last resort because nothing else I tried worked. And I was real sick. -- In candidiasis , " Elaine Gallant " <elainegallant@...> wrote: > > > Gallbladder flush sounds scary to me... maybe I'd do it with a > friend... >
Guest guest
Someone mentioned if you took Duncan's advice for a glaabladder flush you would end up really sick. What were you refering too? What would make you sick? I have been wanting to do the liver/gallbladder flush but like Elaine I am kinda chicken LOL. Guest guest
Thanks for everyone's input. It's good to be informed before proceeding with what seems to be a somewhat risky cleansing process. I ordered the book suggested by SlickRick - " Traditional Secrets for Health and Rejuventation. " Unfortunately, it won't arrive for 3 weeks! I went to an herbal store today and spoke with the owner. She advocated a gentler gallbladder cleansing (discussed in her favorite natural healing book), which doesn't require a flush but should dissolve any stones. Not sure if it will work but it's what I'll try first because it's less invasive. In a nutshell, for 21 days, one eats 2 radishes on an empty stomach between meals, 3 times a day. With one of your daily meals, add 5 tsp of cold-pressed flax seed oil. Drink 5 cups of chamomile tea per day. Add parsnips, seaweeds, lemons, limes and turmeric to your diet. Eliminate from your diet fats, eggs, dairy etc... The book also listed a 'mild variation' for a flush which consists of 2 tbsp of olive oil followed by 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Do this for 5 consecutive days on an empty stomach. I may try this in a week or so. Wish me luck and good health to you all! Guest guest
There are many forums of hundreds or thousands of people who have done liver flushes. A detractor who predicts that one would get sick only reflects their ignorance of the majority who do not Duncan > > Someone mentioned if you took Duncan's advice for a glaabladder flush you would end up really sick. Guest guest
No, of course I know you support liver flushes Rick. I've done 14 of Dr. 's flushes without getting sick; very few people report getting sick, although some have mentioned they get nauseous while trying to get the 1/2 cup of oil down, which is why I suggest blending the oil and lemon juice to make it palatable. I don't have the curezone liver flush forums link handy; people can see that few get sick from reading them. Guest guest
Sophie, I only expect that Dr. has suggested the right amount of epsom salts; I think I recollect that the flush used a lot more. Duncan > > Duncan - - I am preparing to begin my 2nd gallbladder flush. Would it > be OK to cut in half the epsom salt dose? I had extreme diarrhea with > the 1st flush. I'm using Kelley's flush.
