Hi Tony, I am little confused by your post. Are you presently on TRT?

Indoplex with DIM is probably the best over the counter for helping to

deal with estrogen conversion. I personally suspect significant

reduction in sugar, frutose, saturated fats, breads, etc, have as much

to do with promotion of the higher estrogen symptoms of fat build up

and gyne, although granted unrelated as strongly to libido and ED.

I am not on TRT at this time, When I was very sick from Candida AND

from the " treatment " the Dr. gave me which made me much worse, about

1 year ago. Anyways, upon quitting alcohol my T went back to normal,

now I feel like it is down again, this is after quitting alcohol

again. I will try the indoplex W/ dim, where do I get it?

I am back at the gym again and feeling much better, just very little

libido, but, Many noctural erections though. I thoink this is still

related to the alcohol.
