Several of you have said that you have had good results with Zinc, L-

Arginine, and Oyster Shell...how much should I be taking, and will be

the results?

Everyone's mileage will vary. In my own case, I just dropped from

60mg zinc picolinate to 30gm/day, as I want to see if I notice any

differences - first observation is no more mild nauseaous feeling

after taking it (good thing). Also, that article posted a couple of

days ago about herbal/supplements approaches suggested that zinc is

possibly a mild DHT (5-ar) blocker, and I am trying to keep DHT up

there as best I can. Based on Shippen and others here, it is obvious

that zinc needs to be a major component of our TRT.

I don't believe L-Arginine has anything to do with TRT per se, but is

reported to be quite the little Viagra alternative. Having been

using 2gm/day (GNC tablets) for about 3 months, I would have to say

that I cannot argue against that assertion <g>. Hint: pop a couple

more shortly before an upcoming performance when a little " boost "

might be a good thing...

Oyster shell - probably for calcium, but no advice there.

Hope that helps.../Dale

Arginine at 2 grams coupled with a gram or so of Lysine ( helps with

Herpes), Glutamine, Ornathine,

and a few others subed or taken away, has been shown to be an effective HGH

secretagogue,

especially taken before bedtime. This will increase natural T production in

an of itself. Simultaneously

increasing IGF-1 with T is an effective technique as part of TRT,
