Guest guest
In general the T would be highest after you slept and not just because it is early morning and lack of a deep sleep would definitely interrupt your T production at least to some degree. Deep sleep helps with the production of several hormones, not just T. You may get some T production even though you did not get a good sleep simply because your decline in T may have triggered some signals (such as LH) to produce more, and even if you missed one nights sleep if your pattern of T and sleep has been relatively regular your body may produce the same level at the same time just out of habit for a few days. So, I think you probably got some T increase that night/early morning but it was probably below what you would get with after a good nights sleep. If it were me, I would be glad to see the results of that test but it take another one or two to really get a good base line, but that would probably be true for everyone. If the number is high then that would be good too. We theorize and then we test in this game. Guest guest
mfb, I would be curious as to what your results would be. My endo, said T fluctuates and goes down when you don't get enuff sleep, cuz there was one ocasion when my T levels were at 800+, while every other test came back low. > I layed in bed all night so maybe it will be OK.
