Enema - cloves/woodworm/black walnut

Hi everyone.

I just want to know how often any does the enema, i certainly do not

want to do this for life. I am about to embark on the 21 day

program, but have been doing the Enema - cloves/woodworm/black walnut

for a while now...

Dr. really does not specify any time of doing this, which can

be understandable at times, but perhaps someone knows the limits

(times) to do this by!
