where to repair the Portazone ozonator?

Noone seems to be responding when I e-mail and the return calls never

come.

Has anyone ever repaired their ozonator?

Frome what I found out the ozonators should be elevated from whatever

you're ozonating because the ozone sinks and can deteriorate the

diaphram inside the airpump.
