Guest guest
Hello, Happy holidays everybody! Recently I posted that I was using 5g androgel (t-level 210) and I believe I am starting to feel a little better. I have had read several posts supporting the use of depo shots. The gel seems okay but the daily applications and cost are things I am looking at. Also what happens when your E2 levels rise? How do you treat this? Any and all feed back would be welcome. A local compounding pharmacy can whip up a much stronger gel skin spread for much less money. Depo shots are the cheapest, and many feel very effective. You can greatly control estrogen conversion by doing a 100mg shot once a week rather than a 200mg every two weeks. This evens out the roller coaster effect. And to me one half of one cc of a depo shot once a week or so beats putting on a skin spread every day. Cutting out sugar, bread, taking a zinc with copper, etc, are all positive things to do to control the effect of excess estrogen. Also, prescription Arimidex, expensive, is probably the single most effective estrogen blocker. One has to be very very careful with Arimidex as it can easily work too well, and drive you estrogen too low and that is a very bad thing -- no libido, no erections, no orgasms. norton
