Just a not of interest. The colostrum (transfer factor) from Chisolm is not

Bovine, it is from chickens. This makes it a bit easier to 'digest'...

Thanks, Tom and Max, for posting the newsletter. I was able to read it. I am

also signed up for the newsletter but have not received it.

Tom, someone posted Emeril's Essence Creole dry marinade on this list and I

use that for steaks all the time and LOVE it. I add olive oil to the pan to

keep it from getting too dry and I actually cook on higher temp usually

medium, but lower temp would certainly reduce chances of dry/tough.

, I love Live Right 4 Your Type because it has the portion size and

frequency recommendations and nuances, as well as information about exercise

and lifestyle / psychology recommendations for each type, which I found

useful. However, if you have particular health concerns you are working to

resolve, I would be tempted to get the Encyclopedia. You may want to check

on amazon.com for used copies to see if you might be able to pick up both.

If you turn out to bea non-secretor, I would definitely get LR4YT as soon as

you can. I use it all the time as a nonnie.

Thanks for the tips, ita. I'll have to wait until they get more chuck

steaks in. They sold out the first day they had them :-)

Hi,

I wanted to ad my voice to the mix.

We started with Dr about 4 years ago, did the

parasite cleanse andkidney and liver cleanse.

We continue with the parasite maintenance on the

weekly basis

we have never been healthier in our lives, the doctor

visits have stopped, except for a yearly checkup.

Our Medicine bill has gone to zero, except my

husbands thyroid, his thyroid is very low.

No one can believe I am 60 years old and do not take

any medicine, no prescriptions whatsoever.

When I feel bad, I zap.... and that is it, not even

a cold or flu in 4 years.

I contribute it to Dr. 's way of living, I make my own

soap, and do the simple things for our health, no animals

in the house, or outside for that matter. I used to be sick a lot

sometimes didn't feel like going on, until I get Dr. s'

book the Cure for All Diseases, and began living by it.

Thanks Dr. , we love you

Subject: Vitamin E IS Safe!

From Dr. n Whitaker, M.D

November 12, 2004

You may have read the ridiculous headlines from the last day or so stating that

vitamin E supplementation does more harm than good. A meta-analysis published

online in the ls of Internal Medicine reviewed the results of 19 clinical

trials on vitamin E.

Researchers reported that taking high doses of vitamin E (greater than 400 IU

per day) increased risk of all-cause mortality and concluded that high dose

vitamin E supplements should be avoided.

Now, let's take a look at what you didn't read and why this recommendation is

absurd.

First, the participants in this review of studies were already suffering from a

wide range of medical conditions from heart disease and cancer to kidney disease

and Alzheimer's. As the researches themselves admitted, it's impossible to

ascertain if results would be the same in a healthy population.

Second, the statistical analysis is suspect. Only nine of the 19 studies focused

solely on vitamin E, while 10 looked at vitamin E combined with other vitamins

and minerals. Thus, any outcome can hardly be conclusive.

Therefore, headlines screaming " Vitamin E may raise death rates " or " Vitamin E

might make heart disease worse " are irresponsible, unfounded, and an unnecessary

scare tactic.

The benefits of vitamin E supplementation are well documented. I emphatically

believe that not only is the use of vitamin E safe, but highly therapeutic.

Thousands of studies support vitamin E's role in cardiovascular health, immune

function, and a number of other conditions.

The Institute of Medicine and the federal government agree that vitamin E is

safe at levels as high as 1600 IU per day for natural vitamin E (the form I

recommend you use) or 1000 IU of synthetic vitamin E, the form most likely used

in this study. According to the Council for Responsible Nutrition, " This

meta-analysis provides no convincing evidence to the contrary. "

The publicity surrounding this story simply confirms the mainstream media's

inherent bias against nutritional supplements.

For the complete text of the ls of Internal Medicine study, go to

Sincerely,

n Whitaker, M.D.

I thought I was on my dog list when I read this one! When you say collapsed trachea, do they also refer to it as reverse sneezing? I have a breed that is known for this. I have French Bulldogs and my female started showing symptoms. But what I observed was she did this as a food allergy response. I eliminated the allergens and she is fine. Given the fact that your dog also has digestive issues this could be the reason.Chicken has been a staple in dog's food for a long time now, alot of dogs are allergic to chicken, it's in most foods.I would run the hyper-reaction and DNA programs. You could also run a session using the trachea as a "situation" MacLaughlinPawsitive Healing

My dog is 9 yrs old and a fighter, but it is hard to hear him cough (almost sounds like a squeaky toy- would be cute if he wasn't sick). > > Any help with scio protocols or alternative meds to stop his cough so his trachea can get strong again is appreciated.> > Thanks!> Love- > feathiescio@...
