I was at my Dr.'s last Wed. for my monthly check up. I was on

Arimidex for a month but stopped because of I though it was causing

me trouble. As it turns out I was coming off Xanax and it caused me

trouble. My Dr. feels that it was not a with-draw symptom but that

I need to take Xanax he said that I am lucky that such a low

dose .25 mg. works for me. Most are on .5 mg. 3x/day.

We could not tell much form my last blood test if Arimidex is

working because I had stopped it thinking it was causing me

trouble. He asked if I found any changes and I have both good any

not so good.

I am not getting up to go pee at night. He checked my prostrate and

found it to be smaller.

I am having more wood in my sleep and thinking about sex more the I

was. Plus I get some wood during the day.

I am feeling tired from the Arimidex but we agreed that I stay on

the half a pill a day until my next blood test. I have lost some

weight and have not been walking everyday because of snow. Maybe I

will get a tread-mill form Santa. I have to admit I am having a

hard time getting motivated But this could be the Holiday blues

that I get every year. Nothing to worry about a lot of us suffer

this. But so far my Dr. thinks it is still to soon to tell if

Arimidex is going to improve my well being. One thing on the last

blood test my Estrogen came down from 464 to 102.

Happy Holidays Phil
