Hi Mick,

There are several ways to bring down E2. With TRT, one is to use a slow,

steady and regular T delivery method. Another: zinc and cruciferous

vegetables work for some folks. DIM has been mentioned recently as a

supplement, sort of a cruciferous-vegetable concentrate. Meds (like Arimidex)

to block the aromatase enzyme are another: T is converted to E2 by

aromatase, so blocking it not only keeps E2 down, it also leaves more

unconverted T available.

I had a little trouble with Arimidex working too well. Right now I'm using zinc

and considering adding DIM.
