I've mentioned this a few times but our membership is dynamis so I'll

mention it again.

After reading Shippen in 2000

Estradiol (<54)

9-28-00.........71

12-19-00........99

2-1-01..........58

I began zinc and a chry/dim gel. Neither was effective lowering my Es.

When I realized that, I discontinued zinc supplementation, noticed that my

toss off volume declined. I was following Alt.Support Impotence NewsGroup

then and one knowledgeable subscribed pointed out that of all the foods on

planet, oysters have highest zinc concentration. And the adage that oysters

put lead in your pencil is correct.

So I resumed zinc supplementation. I use Jarrow Formulas Zinc Balance 15

http://store./nutritiondome1/jr-093.html each capsule contains 15

mg zinc and 1 mg copper, two with breakfast and two with dinner. Multi V I

take has 15 mg zinc and 2 mg copper. The Prostate formula tablets, three/dy

= 15 mg zinc.

So I take 90 mg zinc/dy. I did a Google search couple years ago to see what

zinc toxicity.....as I recall it was ~150 - 180 mg/dy. I tried

Googling couple months ago without success for what I was looking for.

Yea, I would try T first without the Zinc since your Estradiol is low

and see what happens.

I am using Zinc without T replacement therapy. I was on T

replacement therapy and was doing well with it, but I did not like

the idea of losing my natural testosterone production. So I got off

of it and gave Zinc a try. I have not had any blood tests done yet.

I feel great though, but not as good as I felt while on T.
