What is E2 and what about antidepressants

I keep seeing E2 used as a source reference. What is it? Is it the

same as estradiol?

Also, my Dr. put me on antidepressants. They are not working. I want

to quit. Any suggestions? How long before at least some of my sex

drive returns?
