Hi again Steve

I agree with you that the patient-information with my T Gel said ca 6 hours.

However, the absorption with be patient-independent ie idiosyncratic.

Patients like myself found the Gel did not really work as do a certain %age

of the population. In others the absorption will be quicker.

Also if Norton, or another member here, is swimming etc after 2 hours

PERHAPS he is not getting 100% of the total T but it is sufficient for his

needs.

If I remember right the pamphlet says 4 hours. I could be wrong. But

for a short time I'd consider doing it at bedtime.
