Guest guest
How long have you felt like shit I have Primary H and have had it for over 20 yrs. The first 5 yrs. the Dr.'s said it was all in my head so to keep my job I had to see a head Dr. or shrink was pumped full of AD drugs and walked around in a fog. So when they told me I had Low T. I was happy just knowing I was not nuts. Phil steve5452 <steve5452@...> wrote: Yes Brad I was diagnosed with Primary Hypogonadism, I would like to know how long I have had it for too. Was the test for free testosterone levels or for total testosterone? It is helpful to have the units of measure and the reference ranges before trying to interpret. I've never seen LH and FSH that high in people not taking clomid. So my guess would be that it is a low level that may indicate primary hypogonadism. With low T and high LH and FSH it would indicate you may have primary hypogonadism. That is the testes are not working. The pituitary is sending out more and more LH and FSH try to order them to make more T, but they are not up to it. But another T test would be in order to confirm the first one. T levels should be measured early in the morning - they are higher then. They can drop by as much as 50% over the day. You can confirm the primary hypo-g issue by taking hCG or Clomotrin to push the testes harder to make T. Guest guest
Steve now that you are on TRT you will be fine and just stay here and post your problems as they come up. I think that seeing as a low T level can cause so many varied symptoms, that it should have been tested for long ago, especially seeing as I have a history of testicular problems. That said there is no way of changing the past so its time to start getting my life back and I hope that the Testogel works wonders.
