Guest guest
Has anyone tried using Zinc to lower E2? My E2 is very lower (<20) on Zinc, which I was taking 25mg 3x day between meals (in addition to 15mg in my multi). My T has been very low as well, though, and my anxiety, heart palpitations, etc, were through the roof. Has anyone had any adverse reactions to Zinc, had problems if taking it between meals (it absorbs better that way because it binds to fiber when taking with food), or seen any affect on T or E (E2 or Estrogen)?
