If I were you, and I only say this because I have been there myself, I would

dump the welbutrin (or phase down) at the earliest opportunity and get on T

and then after a while see what your need for anti-depressants is (unless

your depression is too severe to do so at this time). There are very very

few men with T at your level who do not have some degree of depression from

that alone. Also you may be getting some energy from Wellbutrin because it

tends to make a lot of people wired. Maybe that is okay but you would need

to adjust it after your T comes up, I would think or else you are going to

blaming things on the T that go with having wellbutrin in the mix. The

number of men in this country that are treated with anti-depressants without

balancing their hormones first is criminal.

Hello, I am new to the group, and was wondering

if you could tell me what 'primary' and 'secondary' mean?

Does primary mean you have low testosterone because

of a tumor or something, and secondary means testosterone

is low because you are, say, taking a medication that

lowers it as a side effect?

I was just wondering what the differences were. I won't

actually get to see my endo for another 2 1/2 months due

to the waiting list.
